How to reach table: Kanha is well-connected by air, rail, and road, making it accessible from major cities across India. The nearest airport is Jabalpur (about 160 km / 4–4.5 hours), which has regular flights from Delhi, Mumbai, and other metros. Another convenient option is Nagpur Airport (around 260 km / 5–6 hours), followed by a scenic drive through central India’s landscapes. If you prefer rail travel, the closest major railway stations are Jabalpur (160 km) and Gondia (145 km), both of which are well linked to major cities. From any of these points, private cabs and pre-arranged transfers are easily available to take you directly to the park. Roads leading to Kanha are well maintained, so driving in from nearby towns or cities is also a comfortable option. Most lodges and camps offer assistance with transfers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey into the heart of the jungle.
