Day 1: Arrival and Introduction

6:30 PM : Exit the park.

Day 2, Day 3 & Day 4: In-depth Learning and Practice

5:30 AM: Tea/Coffee at the hotel

6:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Morning safari inside the tiger reserve

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: A classroom session on tiger tracking

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch at the hotel.

3:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Afternoon safari with field session inside the tiger reserve.

Day 5: Final Field Session and Departure

This Tigrethon is a specialized event dedicated to the art and science of tracking tigers. It is designed for those who are passionate about understanding the intricate behavior of tigers, learning advanced techniques for photographing them, and delving into their natural habitat.

Throughout the event, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experts in wildlife tracking and photography, gaining hands-on experience and personalized guidance. We will cover topics such as identifying tiger tracks, understanding their territorial patterns, and capturing their behavior on camera with precision.

This Tigrethon is ideal for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of tigers and refine their skills in wildlife photography. Join us for an immersive journey into the world of tigers, where you’ll gain valuable insights and unforgettable experiences in one of their most majestic habitats.

In this Tigrethon, you will experience 8 exhilarating safaris and 3 insightful off-field sessions with Aarzoo. During the safaris, you’ll have the opportunity to track and photograph tigers in their natural habitat. The off-field sessions will involve detailed discussions with Aarzoo on various aspects of photography, focusing on techniques for capturing tigers and understanding their behavior. These interactive sessions will deepen your knowledge of wildlife photography and provide expert guidance on enhancing your skills in photographing tigers.

You can reach Bharatpur either via Jaipur (180 km) or Delhi (190 km) — both are well-connected by air. From either city, a private cab can be arranged for a comfortable 3.5–4 hour drive to Bharatpur. The town also has a railway station just a few kilometers from Keoladeo National Park, with regular trains from Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra.

1. Camera Gear:
– DSLR or mirrorless camera
– Lenses (telephoto lens for wildlife photography, wide-angle lens for landscapes)
– Extra batteries and memory cards

2. Clothing:
– Lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking clothing
– Neutral-colored clothing to blend in with the environment
– Hat or cap for sun protection
– Sunglasses with UV protection

3. Sun Protection:
– Sunscreen with high SPF
– Lip balm with SPF

4. Hydration and Snacks:
– Reusable water bottle
– Hydrating snacks like nuts and energy bars

5. Miscellaneous:
– Notebook and pen for taking notes
– Binoculars for wildlife spotting
– Personal medications and first-aid kit
– Travel adapter if needed

6. For Comfort:
– Lightweight, comfortable shoes suitable for walking and safari rides

Prepare for the heat and ensure you stay hydrated and protected while enjoying the tigrethon.

1. Completing the process of registration by transferring the applicable fee/charges shall be deemed to be the unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions, and it shall be presumed that the Participant, who has registered for the workshop/course has read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 
2. The Participant agrees to pay the booking amount and charges for the Service including all applicable set-up fees (if any), in two parts with 80% of the booking amount payable upfront on booking the tour and  remaining 20% payable on the last date of booking. 
3. The Participant assumes full responsibility and risk for the use of the Service, and the provider of the service shall not be liable or accountable for any loss or damage caused to the Participant during the workshop/course. 
4. The Service shall be provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, and it is not warranted that the Service shall be uninterrupted or error-free although every care is taken to make it so.
5. We, the providers of service, shall not be liable to the Participant or any other person for any special, incidental, lost profits, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages in connection with the Services.
6. Cancellations/changes in the booking shall only be considered if the request is formally emailed to “info@aarzookhurana.com”. In the event of cancellation through any other means, the Participant shall be liable to indemnify us, the providers of the service, with consequential damages.
7. There shall be no refund of the booking amount in case of cancellation.
8. The Participant is deemed to understand that the hotel is subject to availability, in case the particular hotel promised is not available,  participants shall be shifted to a hotel of similar rating.
9. That in the event of cancellation from the providers of service, a full refund shall be made to the Participant at the earliest possible. However, apart from the full refund, the providers of the service shall not be liable to pay for any other loss or damage of any kind that might result from the cancellation of the workshop/class, such as airfare for the booked flight or any other like loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of the workshop/class.
10. The Participant is deemed to understand that all incidental expenses incurred on the field during the workshop and not expressly included in the fee/charges shall be borne by the Participant.
11. These Terms and Conditions are applicable for the instant workshop/class(es) only, and, being variable, are subject to change. The Participant is presumed to have read, understood, and agreed to the specific Terms and Conditions for the workshop/class the Participant has enrolled for.
