We are at an Airbnb place at Pollachi, so we have the option of cooking our own meal rather than purchasing on the go. On travel, one should try to eat as much healthy as possible, wherever possible because sometimes — if not most of the times — it’s not easy to find health-promoting food to eat. So with the goal of eating healthy, we did some shopping for raw food material to cook at meal — or two. And that was our first order of business after we got up this morning.

So we made some dal, ragi roti, sliced a couple of cucumbers to go with it alongside curd, and put together thus was our healthy. Also, I did a bit of workout in the morning, let me hasten to add lest I miss this bit of health-directed endeavour. It was a day of healthy living, let’s say. And that’s all that is even remotely mentionable for today. 

After lunch, we did think of shooting something, and to that end we went to Annamalai Tiger Reserve but by the time we reached the gate, it was too late for bus safari, which was the only kind of safari they have here. So we returned empty-handed from there. On our way back, we got a little something to have another round of home-cooked meal for dinner. I barely took my camera out today for want of occasion. Sanket did a bit of editing, and that was all we did for the day apart from cooking and eating.
