Naahar Bagh Rajbagh,

Panna District,

Madhya Pradesh,

India

Yesterday, we had found four cubs, who were splashing around in the water, like all babies do. And we did get some good pictures, but we would have gotten some more and better pictures, for we had the best angle to take the pictures, but then a lot of safari gypsies gathered around, creating a ruckus. Annoyed by all the noise, we decided to make a move from there. But it turned out well for us that we left that place because from there we had gone to the Hinota Plateau, which is known for great sighting and yesterday we were in luck because we did chance upon a tiger we had been waiting to come across for a while now. I shared the picture of the same tiger at the Hinota Plateau yesterday; so do have a second look at the picture I shared in yesterday’s newsletter.

Today was relatively uneventful. In the morning, we came across the mother of the four cubs we found yesterday. But since the line of sight was crowded, there wasn’t a great scope of getting many good pictures. Apart from that, the morning safari was pretty uneventful in terms of tiger sighting.

In the evening, we went looking for the same tiger in the hope of getting a few good pictures, but we came across a new tigress instead, and we managed to get a few decent pictures of her. That was it for today. Due to slow Internet speed, today’s upload went up a little late.
