In this picture clicked in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve of Madhya Pradesh, a furious Darra Bachchi resists a persisting mating attempt by D-1, an aggressive male tiger, who kept blocking her way. The tigress remained utterly unwilling and unrelenting. She ferociously pushed back D-1’s attempt even though she could not have done much else, being in no position to physically fight off a male of superior muscular strength.
