Day 1: Arrival and Introduction

12:00 PM: Arrive at the hotel and check-in

1:00 PM: Have your lunch at the hotel and be prepared to enter the park.

2:30 PM: Introduction session inside the park.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Afternoon drive in the park

6:30 PM : Exit the park.

7:30 to 8:30PM: Presentation and session with Aarzoo

8:45 pm: Dinner

Day 2 & Day 3: In-depth Learning and Practice

5:30 AM: Tea/Coffee at the hotel.

6:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Morning safari in the park.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch at the hotel

2:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Afternoon safari in the park.

6:30 PM: Exit the park.

7:30 to 8:30 PM: Presentation and session with Aarzoo

8:45 pm: Dinner

Day 4: Final Field Session and Departure

5:30 AM: Tea/Coffee at the hotel.

This tour is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their photography skills. We will cover everything from the basics of using a camera to the intricate details of its functions. There will be safaris  where Aarzoo will accompany you in the forests, sharing her decade of experience through hands-on practicals to enhance your composition skills. Additionally, technical aspects such as the AF system, exposure triangle, tracking, and pre-capture techniques will be discussed in detail.

Each day will include photography sessions, presentations, and image reviews to further hone your skills.

To reach Satpura Tiger Reserve, you can follow these steps:

By Air:
Nearest Airport: Raja Bhoj International Airport (BHO) in Bhopal, approximately 200 kilometers away.
– From the Airport: Hire a taxi or take a bus to reach the reserve. The drive takes about 4-5 hours. Cabs can be made available depending on the requirement.

By Train:
Nearest Railway Station: Itarsi Junction, about 70 kilometers from the reserve.
-From the Station: Hire a taxi or take a local bus to reach the reserve, which takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.

By Road:
From Bhopal:
– Drive via NH46 and NH47, covering approximately 200 kilometers, which takes about 4-5 hours.
– From Itarsi:
– Drive via NH47, covering around 70 kilometers, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
– Bus Services: Several state-run and private buses operate from nearby cities like Bhopal, Itarsi, and Hoshangabad to the reserve.

Here’s a comprehensive list of things to carry:

Camera Gear:
1. Camera Body: DSLR or mirrorless camera.
2. Lenses: Telephoto lens for wildlife, wide-angle lens for landscapes, and a macro lens if interested in close-up shots.
3. Batteries: Extra batteries to ensure you don’t run out of power.
4. Memory Cards: Sufficient high-capacity memory cards.
5. Lens Cleaning Kit: To keep your lenses clear of dust and smudges.
6. Tripod: For stability during low light or landscape shots.
7. Camera Bag: Waterproof and sturdy to protect your gear.

Clothing:
1. Warm Clothing: Breathable, moisture-wicking clothes suitable for the cold.
2. Neutral Colors: To blend in with the environment and avoid startling wildlife.
3. Hat or Cap: For sun protection.
4. Comfortable Footwear: Sturdy walking shoes or boots.
5. Sunglasses: With UV protection.
6. Thick Jackets: For cooler mornings and evenings.

Personal Care:
1. Sunscreen: High SPF to protect against the strong sun.
2. Lip Balm: With SPF.
3. Mosquito Repellent: To guard against insect bites.
4. Water Bottle: Reusable and insulated to stay hydrated.
5. Snacks: Energy bars, nuts, or other quick snacks.

Miscellaneous:
1. Notebook and Pen: For taking notes during the workshop.
2. Binoculars: For spotting distant wildlife.
3. First-Aid Kit: Including any personal medications.
4. Portable Charger: For your phone and other devices.
5. Rain Cover: For your camera gear and yourself, just in case of sudden showers.

 For Comfort:
1. Hand Sanitizer: To keep your hands clean.
2. Wet Wipes: For quick clean-ups.

Being well-prepared will ensure you can focus on learning and capturing the beauty of Satpura Tiger Reserve without any distractions.

1. Completing the process of registration by transferring the applicable fee/charges shall be deemed to be the unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions, and it shall be presumed that the Participant, who has registered for the workshop/course has read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 
2. The Participant agrees to pay the booking amount and charges for the Service including all applicable set-up fees (if any), in two parts with 80% of the booking amount payable upfront on booking the tour and  remaining 20% payable on the last date of booking. 
3. The Participant assumes full responsibility and risk for the use of the Service, and the provider of the service shall not be liable or accountable for any loss or damage caused to the Participant during the workshop/course. 
4. The Service shall be provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, and it is not warranted that the Service shall be uninterrupted or error-free although every care is taken to make it so.
5. We, the providers of service, shall not be liable to the Participant or any other person for any special, incidental, lost profits, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages in connection with the Services.
6. Cancellations/changes in the booking shall only be considered if the request is formally emailed to “info@aarzookhurana.com”. In the event of cancellation through any other means, the Participant shall be liable to indemnify us, the providers of the service, with consequential damages.
7. There shall be no refund of the booking amount in case of cancellation.
8. The Participant is deemed to understand that the hotel is subject to availability, in case the particular hotel promised is not available,  participants shall be shifted to a hotel of similar rating.
9. That in the event of cancellation from the providers of service, a full refund shall be made to the Participant at the earliest possible. However, apart from the full refund, the providers of the service shall not be liable to pay for any other loss or damage of any kind that might result from the cancellation of the workshop/class, such as airfare for the booked flight or any other like loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of the workshop/class.
10. The Participant is deemed to understand that all incidental expenses incurred on the field during the workshop and not expressly included in the fee/charges shall be borne by the Participant.
11. These Terms and Conditions are applicable for the instant workshop/class(es) only, and, being variable, are subject to change. The Participant is presumed to have read, understood, and agreed to the specific Terms and Conditions for the workshop/class the Participant has enrolled for.
