This is an elephant taking a mud shower in Corbett Tiger Reserve, Uttarakhand. Elephants take mud baths to keep themselves cool in the summer heat. In this picture, the shape of the mud shower echoes the shape of the elephant’s trunk almost exactly, like a trunk of mud let loose by the elephant.
